These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inout Creatives website and the creative, production and digital services we provide. By engaging us for a project or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Inout Creatives provides film production, social media, branding, graphic design, web development, event and infrastructure services as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, brand assets and any information reasonably required for us to deliver a project on schedule. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Inout Creatives retains the right to display completed work — including films, designs and websites — in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes are set out in the relevant project proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.

We treat client information, briefs and unreleased creative work as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver the project (for example, vendors, printers or media platforms).

Inout Creatives exercises reasonable skill and care in delivering services, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice as set out in the relevant agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to engagements from that date onward.
